Today’s presenter was Cumberland County’s Emergency Management Deputy Director Mrs. Michelle Parsons who gave a presentation on handling an acute shutdown of Cumberland County’s water system back in 2024 that affected 44,000 customers and how the EMA provided support & coordination!
